Driver, passenger, and dispatch systems for a ride-hailing service
Built the full stack for a Dubai ride-hailing service: an operations admin dashboard, a mobile app for drivers, and in-car passenger tablets.
A Dubai-based ride-hailing service needed the software that runs a fleet, end to end. We built all three of the surfaces it takes to move a passenger: an operations dashboard for the team, a mobile app for the drivers, and in-car tablets for the passengers.
The problem
A ride-hailing service has to keep three very different groups in sync, in real time: the operators dispatching and overseeing the fleet, the drivers out on the road, and the passengers in the car. Each one needs its own purpose-built surface, and all of them have to behave as a single, coordinated system.
What we did
We built the full product across all three surfaces:
- An admin dashboard for operations — the control surface the team uses to dispatch, monitor, and manage the fleet.
- A mobile app for drivers — what taxi drivers use on the road to receive and manage rides.
- In-car passenger tablets — the passenger-facing experience running on tablets in the vehicles.
The result
Three connected surfaces — operations, drivers, and passengers — built and shipped as one system for a ride-hailing service.
