Built an AI-assisted hiring platform from scratch

A hiring-software startup needed its product built from the ground up: one platform to run the entire recruitment process, with AI doing the heavy lifting on screening. We designed and built it from scratch as their engineering team and shipped a launch-ready product.

The problem

Recruitment usually sprawls across job boards, inboxes, spreadsheets, and hours of manual CV reading. The vision was the opposite of that: a single platform for everything hiring, from posting roles and managing applications to screening, ranking, and preparing to interview candidates, with AI removing the repetitive grind. They needed a team that could turn the idea into a real, shippable product rather than another prototype.

What we did

We built the platform end to end as the product engineering team:

• Brought the whole hiring workflow into one place, from job postings and applications to team collaboration on candidates.
• Added AI-assisted screening that reads and ranks applicants against each role and helps prepare interview questions, so recruiters spend their time on people instead of paperwork.
• Handled candidate data carefully, with privacy and EU data-hosting considered from the first commit.
• Shipped iteratively to a launch-ready product, built to grow with its first customers.

The result

A launched, market-ready hiring platform that replaces the job-board-and-spreadsheet sprawl with a single product, designed, built, and owned end to end.
